Herbal Theory and Application
John Hsu earned his Master's Degree in Oriental Medicine (DOM) from Florida College of Integrative Medicine in 2007 and his Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) from Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in 2014. John Hsu been trained under several famous TCM masters in China and Taiwan, such as, Dr. Hai-Xia Ni ( Legend Herbalist), Dr. Xiu-Shen Wang (3rd general Qin Dynasty Royal doctor), Dr. Li-Chun Huang (Legend Auricular Medicine master), and Dr. Wei-Jie Young (Master Tung's disciple).
He is proficient in TCM internal medicine, such as auto-immune disorders, post cancer treatment, prevention of recurrent of chronic diseases, insomnia, weight control, addiction, flu, gynecology, infertility, and more. He diagnoses and treats by using ancient acupuncture techniques combined with modern Auricular Medicine diagnosis and ear seed treatment. He owns a clinic in Orlando for treating a variety of internal diseases, and has been invited to treat patients in hospitals in China and Taiwan.
John Hsu teaches herbal theory and application at East West College of Natural Medicine. He also loves to share his TCM knowledge with colleagues, students, and is an honored speaker of TCM conferences in China and Taiwan. He has been the director of several China hospital internship programs for US TCM doctors & students, and is a Florida Continue Education Provider for Classic Herbal Formula and Auricular Medicine. He is a co-editor of two Dr. Lichun Huang's Auricular Medicine books and author of Imperial Physician Secret Acupuncture (in Chinese).
